In September 2025, we launched a project to bring high-speed connectivity to rural Kenyan clinics.. Using Starlink satellite internet, our team developed a practical, replicable model for extending digital health to remote facilities. Guided by a detailed Project Blueprint and a field-ready data checklist, we documented every step—site selection, hardware installation, power solutions, and connectivity performance—while deliberately avoiding the need for human-subject research or IRB review. By focusing on system-level metrics like bandwidth, uptime, and observable workflow changes, the project shows how reliable internet can transform daily operations, from real-time reporting to online training and supply ordering. The resulting paper will provide a clear roadmap for other organizations seeking to expand digital health capacity in similar low-resource settings.
